No, this is a pretty clear case where an employee is entrusted with privileged information and was careless about it. There need to be consequences.Jason wrote: ↑Sun Apr 27, 2025 6:30 pmI might be on board if all the money goes to Shedeur, but we know that won't be the case. Re: 2025 NFL Season
Agreed. He fucked up and his snot nosed bitch son ran roughshod with the information he didn't care about. Being a top flight NFL employee, that's not acceptable. He doesn't deserve to be shitcanned but a good pimp slap on the wrist is warranted.Headhunter wrote: ↑Sun Apr 27, 2025 6:51 pmNo, this is a pretty clear case where an employee is entrusted with privileged information and was careless about it. And he could have tried to sell out his son, said he hacked into it or summat. But they all freely admitted he left it open because he's a careless jackass.
Just say the word, El El Sucio, ohhhh!

Ah. Yeah that's true. Hadn't considered that.Headhunter wrote: ↑Sun Apr 27, 2025 6:51 pmNo, this is a pretty clear case where an employee is entrusted with privileged information and was careless about it. Re: 2025 NFL Season
Still though, it will never sit right with me that anytime anywhere someone involved with the NFL makes a mistake or does something ill advised or wrong, that the NFL now has grounds to take a shit load of money from them.

Re: 2025 NFL Season
I definitely think most penalty + taunting fines are crazy and they aren’t proportionate to salary, so some practice squad safety who’s just collecting non guaranteed checks that could get cut off any week can lose 1-2 checks for an accidental hit or a harmless celebration

Falcons 250K and the defensive coordinator 100K are appropriate fines and needed to happen in my opinion. Don't be careless with people's personal information

Sad story. Bet they were both hammered.
Re: 2025 NFL Season
That's a fuck load of money that the NFL just stole from a guy. Wonder what they'll do with it.

Re: 2025 NFL Season
Never said he was driving negligently, I said he was driving drunk. They were drunk coming from a party late at night. Elway is a really bad alcoholic.
Re: 2025 NFL Season
I'd be surprised if anybody was sober. Golf carts were made to be driven while plastered.

Re: 2025 NFL Season
And in somewhat related news I saw yesterday some dude in Pittsburgh fell 20+ feet into the outfield

Re: 2025 NFL Season
True, but you can get hammered for it all the same. Sounds like that’s not going to happen. You know Elway is never volunteering to be a designated driver lmao. His buddy was probably standing in the back.
Re: 2025 NFL Season
That's my guess. Or sitting on the back and too wasted and unprepared for takeoff.
