Cena's promo highlights a major flaw in this modern era. Having these guys yammer on for 15 fucking minutes about absolutely nothing so they can fill 3 hours is getting really old.

They didn't need a reason for him to turn heel, he could keep dropping the mic. But that was god awful.

The heel turn isn't ruined...yet! They need to come up with something better than this imo.

They have really put themselves in a corner this year with WrestleMania.
The debacle with Rhea, Bianca, and Iyo just keeps getting worse by the week.
Then there's the whole Punk, Roman, Seth crap.

The Cena heel turn started with some strong momentum but is falling flat because it's been nothing but a war of words between him and Cody since then. I mean WTF?

Morgan is currently a Tag Champ with Raquel Rodriguez. I believe they are saving Bliss for the new Wyatt faction, whenever they return.

The real problem IMO is that the WWE roster is stacked too well. They have a ton of great talent but not enough screen time for everyone. So a lot of that talent gets wasted in the Tag division or lower tier card matches. On top of that they keep (as WWE always has) focusing on older talent, given them the spotlight every chance they get. (Charlotte winning the women's RR match this year is a great example of this)

Aesthetically, fuck yes, hotter than hell. But wrestling/strategy wise, no, it's like the Double Mint twins, same thing which is why they usually keep them on different brands. They need an enforcer to help their cutey pooty-ness.

The whole Rhea/Bianca/Iyo bs continues to annoy me. WWE seriously has dropped the ball here!

The Cena heel turn was great but his build up to full villain has been slow and that’s made things loose momentum. Add The Rock’s absence into it and shit just don’t make sense. Obviously Johnson’s schedule makes it difficult for him to be consistent so they just should have left him out of it!

The WM build this year just feels off in so many ways

Yeah this sucks for KO. Unfortunately in this industry, these wrestlers bodies have a shelf life the moment they begin. And it doesn't help that WWE forces them to work over 300 days a year with little downtime.

I briefly contemplated getting tickets for this year's Mania but the prices blew that shit out the water. Damn glad I didn't. I have a feeling this gonna be the worst Mania since 36. Even crazy shenanigans and Cena winning won't be enough.

I attended WM 32. I had fun for the most part but I won't attend one again. Too many people acting like fucking idiots, traffic was terrible and it's too overly expensive.

The build up this year has been mostly a let down. Understandably there will always be WrestleMania's that are better than others and I feel as fans we got spoiled to having solid WM events for the past 3 years. What has frustrated me most is the stupid fuck ups they are making that could have easily been avoided. Allow me to go down the list!

1. We have two triple threat matches that no one really cares about. Roman, Seth, & Punk then Bianca, Rhea, & Iyo. What's sad is all three talents are wasted in these matches. Punk vs. Roman and Bianca vs. Rhea would have sold themselves. Seth could have easily done something else and Iyo... while I am not trying to be disrespectful here but she is simply not in the same league as Rhea and Bianca, hell she can't even cut a fucking promo. She shouldn't be in the situation she is in... period. So, Trips fucked up badly here!

2. Cena's heel turn was done well at first but then they just dropped the ball with that terrible "I'm divorcing you fans" crap. Then there's the bullshit storyline of Cody being his successor when we all know Cena's successor was Roman. Cody is not anyone's successor and it's past damn time for Triple H to get off Cody's dick and stop pushing him to the fucking moon. Then of course there's The Rock who... as per usual vanishes for weeks to months on end. So why have him involved in the Cena heel turn in the first place? I fully expect Cena to win but that's besides the point. This heel turn could have been something magical and instead they have royally fucked it up IMO.

3. Jey Uso....his RR win was unexpected and a great feel good moment. But his feud with Gunther has been underwhelming to the point I could care less about the match. They've ramped up the tension for the past two weeks but where was that in the first place? We've seen this match twice already and it's obvious Jey will win. IMO Gunther should retain and they move on from the YEET man.

4. Jade vs. Naomi. Jade's return was awesome but then they go and have her loose to Live Morgan. Now Liv is awesome and one of the best talent on the women's roster but why have Jade loose in her build up to the match with Naomi? Also I'm getting the gist that WWE creative has lost faith in Jade for whatever reason. I fully expect Naomi to win this match and Jade to quietly vanish all together. Probably will be released and return to AEW. It's a goddamn shame if that happens because she has the talent and the look to be a monster heel or face. But something has been wrong from the beginning. Her overly delayed debut, lack of push in 24... yeah something just isn't right there.

5. Charlotte Flair winning the RR was a bad call and the dream feud with Tiffany has failed to deliver. These two simply don't have any chemistry and don't work well together. This was painfully obvious this past week on Smackdown. Sadly Tiff will probably loose here because she doesn't look ready for the spot she is in. Shame because she is talented but perhaps she was pushed too early.

The other matches. Drew vs. Priest, LA Knight vs. Jacob Fatu ect. I'm sure some of them will be exciting but overall this card is just a mess. I believe they were betting on Rock vs. Roman but once again Dwayne couldn't commit and they were forced to pivot at the last minute. They need to stop worrying about him and focus on building up shit sooner!
