Bloody Disgusting is reporting that Michael Biehn has re-teamed with director Xavier Gens (’Frontiers’) for ‘The Farm’. The two had previously worked together on ‘The Divide.
This will be the first film in a three picture deal, according to Variety. The other two films are ‘Up and Down’, directed by Carlo Rizzo, and ‘The Predicator’ by Greg Morin.

Variety is reporting that Guillermo Del Toro is set to co-direct his own version of Pinocchio, with Mark Gustafson (animation director for ‘The Fantastic Mr. Fox’).
‘Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio’ will be a 3D stop-motion animated production from the Jim Henson Company. Filming on the feature is set to begin in the summer of 2013.

Bloody Disgusting has learned that the upcoming movie, ‘Chained’, has been given an NC-17, for “some explicit violence”, by the Classification and Rating Administration. ]]>
Variety has reported, recently, that Endgame Entertainment and Film District have jointly acquired the screenplay for ‘Selfless’, by Alex and David Pastor (’Carriers’).
Endgame Entertainment CEO James D. Stern and FilmDistrict’s Peter Schlessel will produce alongside Ram Bergman. They teamed previously on Rian Johnson’s ‘Looper’ and ‘The Brothers Bloom’.
‘Selfless’ centers on a wealthy older man who discovers he’s dying and pays to have his mind transplanted into a younger man’s body. When he discovers how his new body was acquired, he defies the company that provided it and is hunted by mercenaries.
‘Selfless’ is a unique high-concept thriller and exactly what we’re looking for,” Stern said.
