Variety is reporting that Adam Brody ‘The OC’ will come up against action star Jean Claude Van Damme in the upcoming ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, which begins shooting next month in Puerto Rico.
The film, directed by Rob Meltzer, follows a group of staffers at a design firm who go on an office retreat to a tropical island, where total chaos erupts after they become stranded. A “Lord of the Flies” situation unfolds and Brody’s protagonist is forced to match wits with the power-hungry leader in order to rescue his co-workers.
Kristen Schaal, Dennis Haysbert, and Rob Huebel will co-star in the upcoming survival thriller.
