Shock Til You Drop has learned that actress Jenny Wright (’Near Dark’) is set to step back in front of the camera for the first time in over a decade.
Wright will star in ‘Murder for Dummies’ which takes place on Halloween night and involves a couple and their friend accidentally killing a costumed trick or treater in a hit and run, then trying to cover up the murder. Once the friend starts to develop a taste for murder, comic and grisly twists and turns ensue.
In addition to Jenny Wright, the cast includes Christa Campbell (’2001 Maniacs’). Brandon Johnson (’Malevolence’), and Tony Todd (’Candyman’). David Capurso is set to direct the feature from a script by Jerome Bixby.
