The Hollywood Reporter has learned that Columbia Pictures has plans for a follow-up to the ‘06 horror film ‘Silent Hill’.
Production on the sequel is set to begin adter the completion of Sony Screen Gems ‘Resident Evil: Afterlife’, from a script by Roger Avary and Samuel Hadida. (who also penned the first film)

Bloody Disgusting has learned that Freestyle Releasing has acquired the theatrical rights to ‘Bitch Slap, from writer/director Rick Jacobson’. In addition, Jacobson is hard at work on the second film in a possible trilogy.
