Fangoria Radio got the scoop, from director Ryan Nicholson of Plotdigger Films, that ‘Hanger’ is set to arrive on November 10th.

The upcoming gorefest features Debbie Rochon in the story of an abortion gone wrong that leads to a murderous rampage years later by the attempted abortee. ‘Hanger will be presented uncut in 16×9 widescreen with 5.1 and 2.0 soundtracks. The special features include:
