Every week at HorrorMovieFans we like to have one of our members choose a film and discuss it on our message board. The 2008 French horror film follows a woman’s question for revenge against those that kidnapped and tortured her as a child. During this she befriends another victim of child leading a horrifying journey. French horror has given the genre much of it’s gore fix in recent year with “High Tension”, “Frontiers” and “Inside”.

“Martyrs” is directed by Patrick Laugie and stars Morjana Alaoui and Mylene Jamponoi. Until recently Patrick Laugie was attached to direct the Hellraiser remake but that fell through earlier this month.
