As SleepawayCampFilms reported the Sleepaway Camp Survival Kit DVD set is not out of print or discontinued in anyway. Some sites like Amazon listed the set as out of print when they stopped carrying it.

But Anchor Bay told SleepawayCampFilms “… some stores no longer carry it because space is limited but the set is very much available.” It’s actually surprising films that were far from being mainstream hits and looked as underground cult films could keep a box set available at most outlets for 7 years. The films are still available as solo titles from Anchor Bay Entertainment.

The Sleepaway Camp Survival Kit contained the original trilogy of Sleepaway Camp films as well as the abandoned and never finished sequel from the early 90’s. The original Sleepaway Camp was directed and written by Robert Hiltzik and starred Felissa Rose and Jonathan Tiersten. The trio reunited for 2008’s Return to Sleepaway Camp.
