Roth’s popular fake trailer in the center of the schlock homage, Grindhouse, was arguably the most popular amongst horror fans.  Featuring an unique holiday for a slasher setting, feeling like a true blue old school slasher, and a topless girl jumping on a trampoline who meets a beautifully timed vag stab.  It was amazing what he was able to accomplish in the span of a few minutes, what full studios have been trying to do for over ten years, and yet the biggest tease is that it was just a mere fake trailer.

For a short while now, there have been rumors and rumblings Eli Roth would be doing a real version of Thanksgiving, but on Wednesday, April 15 found MTV News revealing that Roth is in fact wanting to use any leftover budget of his grand sci fi epic to film Thanksgiving, well under 10 million dollars.  He keeps splat fans lips wet with his eagerness to have it as largest bodycount he possibly can, as well as the most violent (as if the two contents don’t go hand in hand).  Here’s to the prospect of Eli Roth’s Thanksgiving coming about.
