Dead Pit has learned recently that Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is preparing to release Fred Dekker’s 1986 cult classic ‘Night of the Creeps’ to dvd, for the first time.
Red Shirt Pictures’ Michael Felsher - who has produced many cool genre discs - is handling the special features for this upcoming release. Here’s what he had to tell Dead Pit Radio.
It s coming out officially for the first time ever. Fred Dekker is already working on it. It’s going to be the directors cut with the original ending. We’re going to go balls to the wall with the special features on it…I talked to Sony today it’s official, we’re going ahead and it’s coming out this October! It’s officially in production…and movin forward. It’s coming!
‘Night of the Creeps’ is a film about a group of teenagers trying to fight off a horde of alien parasites that are turning the townsfolk into zombies.
