Shock Til You Drop has reported that director Tom Hiolland (’Child’s Play’, ‘Fright Night’) and actor/producer Tom Malloy are set to produce a film called ‘Killing Frank’.

The two have created a new business model. to help overcome the economic woes, and turned to their fans to help translate the script into a feature film. Todd Holland explains the decision…
