Twitch has learned that a new indie horror film. called ‘Sick Girl’. has secured distribution through Synapse Films. ‘Sick Girl’ is written and directed by Eben McGarr. The film follows a girl that wants to fuck her older brother. protect her younger brother and torture everyone else out in her barn.
