According to horrornews.net, 2009 will be graced with the next Saw Installment “Saw VI”, which will have a new director. Franchise editor Kevin Greutert will take control and again returning will be Tobin Bell. No plot has been mentioned, but Lionsgate has given us a official release date of Oct. 23, 2009.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackI still like these films to an extent, but I wish they would just leave Jigsaw out of it since he is dead. They could still follow his mindset and motivations without him physically being in the film. I can’t take another film full of flashbacks. Given that Tobin Bell is in it I guess they will be following a similar formula.
Damn, a bunch of my comments disappeared. I would appreciate if they would lay off on the flashback storytelling. It’s tiresome and boring.
