Following the Gore Girl Variety Hour is A Work in Podcast with DeadLantern.com’s Mat and Deejay. The show, on Wednesdays at 10pm EST / 7pm PST, focuses on Sci-Fi and B-Films. The guys, who also are part of DeadLantern’s Splattercast, thus far in their first 3 shows have covered 1956’s Forbidden Planet, 1965’s The Night Dies Screaming, John Carpenter’s Big Trouble in Little China, and a cage match between Andre Bazin’s theory of Mise-en-Scene vs. Sergei Eisensteins of theory of dialectical montage. Cage matches are always awesome.
