Dread Central has reported that an adaptation of author Terry M. West’s ‘DREG’ is in early development, from Media Blasters.

I am very excitd about seeing DREG finally brought to life on the screen. DREG is ambitious, and [Media Blaster] has encouraged me to adapt the screenplay balls to the walls. It’s going to be fun. DREG is a weird hybrid of fairy tale, good old-fashioned horror, and suspense.
