Following in the organ-stealing footsteps of ‘Repo: The Genetic Opera’ and ‘Repossession Mambo’ comes a film titled ‘Run for Her Life’. The Hollywood Reporter got the scoop on the upcoming flick.

Production on ‘Run’ is currently underway with a release expected some time in 2009. Baltasar Kormakur will be directing with a cast that includes Diane Kruger, Dermot Mulroney, Jordi Molla, Sam Shepard, Rosanna Arquette, and Vincent Perez. The film’s plot is as follows.

Kruger and Mulroney play parents who attempt to get a lung transplant for their dying daughter in Mexico. But after agreeing to the operation, they face an ethical dilemma after discovering that the organs aren’t taken from willing donors.
