The deaf man Samuel who manages to hack himself through as his last dying act was the highlight, but it was a good film notwithstanding. Found most of it pretty damned good, and wasn't bothered at all by the preachiness. I found most of the cast (not all) to be good and realistic. I got a totally different vibe.
