Well, here is Jason’s mask for the upcoming remake. Why they kept it under such tight security blows my mind, as it looks like a dirty version of the mask used throughout the Paramount years, less the famous axe slice from part 3.

I prefer it staying the same.
I am happy it stayed the same, but I don’t think all the secrecy was necessary. I fear the hype machine is gonna be ramped up so high that it cannot be a good F13 movie and still ive up to expectations.
Yeah, I don’t get why they couldn’t have showed this straight out the gate. Unless they were going with something other than a Hockey mask, or were going to make the mask hot pink or neon green or some shit I don’t get the secrecy.

I’m thrilled its got the red markings, rather than the Part 5 blue, but other than that, this was not terribly exciting. They’re hyping this one up to the heavens.
