Platinum Dunes has, up until now, been known for producing remakes of genre films including The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Amityville Horror, and the upcoming Friday the 13th. The Hollywood Reporter has recently reported, though, that the company has begun work on an original feature titled ‘Ouija’ .
David Berenbaum and Michael Bay’s Platinum Dunes have been brought on-board to bring Hasbro’s supernatural game “Ouija Board” to the big screen. The project is set up at Universal, as part of a six-year strategic partnership with Hasbro. Everyone involved is being pretty tightlipped concerning the project, but the film is said to be a supernatural adventure with the Ouija Board playing an integral part of the story.

I’m amazed to say the least…
This isn’t even amazing. Isn’t there like 14 Witchboard movies with the same premise? It’s a step in a right direction, more of a tip-toe step ;p
I think I’d rather see a remake than this crap
You think it might be a large commercial to sell the Parker Brothers board game?
