1.  I wasn't a big fan of the sequels, they were okay but not multiple viewings good.

Well, Tater, this never fails to elicit groans from people who ask me, but my fave Scream film is the 2nd.

I really liked the cast of the 2nd--- Laurie Metcalf was suitably cracked, and  those sorority sisters would make excellent selections for hate-fucks. :p As would Courtney Cox, who looks the hottest in this one IMO. Liev Schreiber was suitably creepy, which he does very well.

I thought it continued the storyline very well, and I just... I dunno, I like it the best.

Most definately. One was great and really has cememnted itself as a new classic with multiple viewings whereas the sequels were good for story first time around and a bore after that.

I think the first two are pretty close, but the first slightly better.   The 3rd was too sloppy for me, I can still barely sit through it.

well i've only seen the first one, but i'm pretty sure that would be my favorite as i don't really like sequals, only in a few movies

Well,

The first, I believe, is a classic. The second one is really, really good cept there's only one thing that really bugs me and that's that Jackie from Roseanne is killing people in the second one hahahahahaha.

Anywho, the thrid I liked better than most. Just because it still made fun of it self and has the same core characters in it and had a pretty entertaining ending.

Overall, I'm not a original movie homer everytime but it's not even a challenge. The first one IS the best.

2nd and 3rd are still cool.
