Dead Alive has to be my favorite.
Although Shaun of the Dead was awesomely good, too.
I'd also throw in the Evildead trilogy, if that counts, which i'm not sure if they do.

I was originally going to make a thread asking for zombie film recommendations, but i suppose this thread will do just fine. I haven't seen a lot of these so i'll definitely have to check them out.

| I'm pretty sure I'd still be alive whether there were any zombie movies or not.

But not for long. They are sweet precious gems that are jam packed full of survival information for when the zombie apocalypse happens. Without them everyone is screwed. Screwed I tell ya.

La Horde? Never heard of it. I will check it out.
Dance of the Dead was better than I could ever imagine. My girlfriend bought it for me a couple of years back, but man.....what a fun film that is!
Did you hear about the documentary that is coming out about Return of the Living Dead (of course you probably have, lol)? I have to get it!

Yeah, the documentary looks cool. Beverly Randolph linked me to it. La Horde is AMAZING! Dance of the Dead was great. I was very surprised by it.

1. White Zombie
2. Night of the Living Dead (1968)
3. Return of the Living Dead
4. Zombieland
5. My Boyfriend's Back
I really did love Shaun of the Dead (and many others) but in the end I could bear to part with it more than any of my top five.
