We've got a best and worst thread happening but what about the ugliest? Just those actors that you look at and wonder how the fuck they ever got cast in anything.
(And I'm not talking of the unheard of's.. there are lots of ugly people, I am talking super famous and ugly)
My vote goes for Steve Buscemi.. I mean, the guys face just hurts to look at a bit even when he isn't playing a psycho or homeless person.

I don't think Lucy Liu is that bad. There is another asian actress (hell if I can think of her name) who is always on the worst dressed list and looks like she got beat with the ugly stick to me but some people say she's pretty. Dangit it. I'll try and google again.
