Was better the other way, too much Craig garbage at top. And better than Goldeneye, as if.

Did everyone already know that in Diamonds are Forever Mr. Wint is played by Crispin Glover's father?

I’m convinced 90% of the Goldeneye legacy is just people like us who grew up playing the game. That’s by far the best of the Brosnans but none of them hold up particularly well.

Honestly I could do without everything after Live and Let Die and before Casino Royale. Not all bad, I like a few of them but nothing I’d really miss. The problem with a lot of them is they exist in this zone where they’re neither smart enough nor fun enough to really stand out.

Live and Let Die is a goddamn revelation though. Caught it on cable recently and it gets better and better every time I see it. Cleverly written, charismatic side characters, the perfect balance of high stakes and silliness without going full retard, and a sneaky great little time capsule of early 70s America. I fucking adore Live and Let Die.

Oh yeah she doesn’t get nearly enough love. One of the sexiest Bond girls for sure. Just an all around winner of a movie.

The book though...yikes.

I'm putting Tanya Roberts as the worst bond girl. Madonna level acting is so bad it actually detracts from how gorgeous she is and that's not easy.

An updated ranking of the Bond actors! Would love to start another Bondathon soon and so another ranking. Always fun to see which movies move up or down after waiting a while for a rewatch and ranking. Still haven't seen No Time to Die, it was pretty much spoiled for me and it kind of took me out of the element. I bought it recently though because I've been itching to do a marathon again if I can give it proper attention and time.

1) Sean Connery
2) Pierce Brosnan
3) Timothy Dalton
4) Roger Moore
5) Daniel Craig
6) George Lazenby

Don't let the door hit ya on the way out Craig, you sonofabitch! Dropping like a fly hitting the ol' shithole royale.

Craig cut me deep. I still have Casino Royale in my number 1 Bond film slot but he's dead to me

Jason's first list matches my current list. The only reason I put Pierce above Craig now is because Pierce clearly had fun, even if I liked Craig's movies overall a lot more.

Wow. Didn't expect everyone else to go sour on Craig as I did. Good to know it's pretty universal. Lol.

I liked Craig's movies overall a lot more too. At least Casino Royale and Skyfall. Pierce embracing the role and enjoying it, combined with the fact that he was really the perfect combination of Connery, Moore and Dalton puts him at just behind Connery for me. Dalton's intensity was magnificent too.

Still have only seen a single Bond film. If I ever take up Tigg (I think it was him) on his first-time-watch reaction suggestion of the series, I'll let you all know. :P
For my thoughts on the horror films I've seen, please look here: https://jigsawshorrorcorner.wordpress.com/

Craig demanded No Time to Die end like it did or he wouldn't do the movie. Selfish and disrespectful of the role and the franchise in my opinion.

He is disrespectful and a disgrace to anyone who ever pushed play on one of these films. Time to Harvey Weinstein his ass, cast him out and delete!

Started another Bondathon yesterday! Dr. No yesterday, From Russia With Love today. Goldfinger tonight or tomorrow. Nice to revisit a comfort franchise after several years. Looking forward to it and doing another ranking
