big fan of Clive Barker and the franchise.
Anyone got this quite peculiar opinion too ... first is the best of course, second was good, the rest are anything from mediocre to horrible...... but just 6, Hellseeker, right in the middle there, was randomly very good ?

Re: Hellraiser
Nope, didn't think that at all with Hellseeker. Looks like Deader, Inferno and the most recent attempt are the only ones I haven't seen, but pretty much everything after Hell On Earth I didn't like. And I didn't rate Hell on Earth particularly high either, it's just occasionally fun.
Hellworld had some okay moments, but still overall less than mediocre.
Don't remember others' opinions on Hellseeker though.

After doing my morning research on this, apparently I need to remedy watching this one, even though only Seb seems to find it watchableDancesWithWerewolves wrote:lolshowa58taro wrote:But it’s still watchable.Reign in Blood wrote:Inferno does not work, at all, in any conceivable way as a Hellraiser flick.

Re: Hellraiser
1 and 2 are good, 3 is good in a cheesy sort of way.
4 is interesting in what they were trying to do, but it is just ok.
5-9 are utter garbage and should be avoided like the fucking plague.
10 was surprisingly alright, despite no Bradley, minimal Pinhead, and a dumbass ending.

Re: Hellraiser
I like the first three. They all sort blend together after that. Nothing too memorable.

This. Though, I haven't seen Judgment. And at least Katheryn Winnick makes Deader (?) watchable.Slaughterhouserock wrote:1 and 2 are good, 3 is good in a cheesy sort of way.

1 and 2 are aces, 3 decently enjoyable, the rest garbage except for Winnick in Hellworld.
Re: Hellraiser
Only ever enjoyed part 1 & 2. Like really enjoyed them. Ones that had my complete attention start to finish story and all. Seen 3 and 4 only a couple times but they didn't do shit for me. Never bothered with the other parts.
