Nearly half way through May and still waking up to temperatures in the 30s. This year is weird

It's been like that here, too. Only like 2 days above 70 all year. The rest has been 30s, 40s, 50s.

Individual counties can decide for themselves if they still need more time. 2 counties near DC have a large percentage of our cases and they are still going to wait longer understandably and so is Baltimore city.

It supposedly is. I asked when I was on my way out to work. They said the main line broke, so they had to shut off the water, and a guy was coming out to fix it. Just sucks because even when constipated, I can always guarantee the need to shit within 15 minutes of waking up
