Tigg's HMF Challenge Part 2

All sports. We don't even mind if its women's Curling or junior badminton. Although we won't have strong opinions on the latter.

Hellll no. March Madness is the best event in sports because of the format
NBA playoffs is the same exact thing.
...what are you talking about?

One and done did really hurt college ball though. I say make it like baseball. Let guys like Zion get their money immediately and the other guys have to stay three years.

I see it as... No fluke wins. Best of 7 is more likely to show the best team as opposed to best of 1.

I think I get college love now, then. College is game 7 every game?...

Still highly prefer pro ball by far.

Fluke wins are what make it fun. Predictability vs. unpredictability. Nobody gives a fuck about a first round Game 3 when the better team just won the first two games by 40 total points.

It's a meaningless game.

Zion and Ja Morant are on different planets compared to every other player in college ball.

They are but a team effort can beat them and that makes the tournament special the single greatest ending of all sport

Explain! Please. I am dying to understand. I've tried but I just don't understand the appeal at all.
The NBA is almost chalk from the start everyone knows almost exactly how it's going to end.
Missed this but yeah. And that's always been the case with rare fluky exceptions. The NBA is about watching legends do legendary things, not the competition itself.

Put it this way unless the Warriors beat themselves nobody will challenge them for the title how exciting is that

Almost picked em too just because Auburn is a co-worker buddy's alma mater. Luckily I got those losers getting bounced next round.

Yeah the excitement in the NBA now is free agency and which butthurt star wants to leave for one of three or four destinations next. I got no problem with that in principle, I like players dictating things making the sport unique but that's what it is. The entire state of the NBA hinges on the whims of a moody Kevin Durant, that's nuts.

Sounds like Sean Miller at Zona.

I'm hoping UCLA just nukes the program, can't take anymore embarrassment. Such a joke they can't get a coach. Bring in Pitino and the brothels, I don't care I just want to win again.
