I am hearing it a lot reading about a local situation. I guess it is a new buzzword that replaces "normal".

Used in context:

"So, I have two kids. One is gender fluid with male body parts and neurotypical, the other is a trans female who is on the autism spectrum and is allergic to peanuts..."

Used in context:

Add that to the list with cisgender where if someone says that to me they are getting popped in the mouth.

We need to make "normal" seem like a diagnosis in the same way autism is. This way the autistic kids' parents don't feel bad or something.

Normal tends to complicate things as it is exclusionary. But beyond that I don’t follow much.

I just bought the In the Mouth of Madness shout (scream?) factory edition, because the fucking world seems like it's switching places from the sane to the insane every fucking day, and this movie was on the pulse of that shit.

Why is that complicated?

The situation is was referring to is local parks are now building special areas within them for autistic kids. The parents of autistic kids are pissed because "neurotypical kids" are allowed in those areas.

Also kind of amazing how many parents drop their kids off into a cage full of other kids and then pay no attention.

Would you like to see a new reboot of F13 with the possibility of more sequels or a 10 part tv mini series with a definitive end?

Neither, but I'd prefer the former.
