Being that the virus is relatively new, I am of the mindset that we need to flatten the curve, which we've done, quarantine the elderly and high-risk folks, and open the country back up. This is the safest path to herd immunity. If by some off chance the virus does come back, it will likely be a far weaker strain than it already is.

The fact that The WHO (WORLD... HEALTH... Organization) lied about this disease should allow everyone to realize the difference between the science and the ideology involved and how corrupt it is at the top. You can't be too careful where you pull information from. People will manipulate the science because of where they stand ideologically. Even the most knowledgeable scientists.
My biologist friend doesn't buy much of that, but I appreciate the answer.

We have a flu vaccine, yet, we still have the flu. The word "vaccine" isn't a magical fix-all, either.
Just curious - how do you define "herd immunity"?

I will admit to being behind on that list. I meant to keep up, but I will listen to them all eventually.

Nothing wrong with that. Just don't allow yourself to pursue the answers you want to be true as opposed to the answers that are, or could be true.

"Gone Too Far" is definitely up there along with their more well-known songs.

there's truth, and then there is what you do with it, or what you take it to mean.
