The full 3 min video shows the scientist highlighting that cleaning products kill the virus on surfaces in 90 seconds. Then he said that.

That at least was medicine with a risk of death. This is actual poison. Death pretty much guaranteed and no upside. The only way it stops you dying from COVID is by killing you before it does.
