Nothing really new to speak of. Living life normally. Zero health issues since the esophagus crap, which is good. Hopefully it stays that way.Foo wrote:Yup, everything is good. I feel like growth in the catering and event side of the business has made our facebook a lot less interesting. Trying to improve the social media with videos is a 2020 goal.

Yes, it is about 18 months since we opened it, but it has grown a lot over the past 6 months.

I've been drooling over that diablo cheesesteak. Do you come up with the menu ideas? I wish I could do that. Only thing I can do is grill meats. My wife on the other hand, is like Macgyver. She creates meals all the time. It truly takes a gift.

The Diablo and theSmokehouse (Steak, Bacon, Smoked Gouda, and Creamy Chipotle sauce) are both good sellers. At our shop, we offer them on a roll, over mac and cheese, or over rive and beans.
