Two celeb autopsy results today, Tom Petty and Roy Halladay. Both had multiple prescription drugs in their body. Led to both deaths, directly and indirectly.

Those hydrocodones can fuck you up if you don't keep your head right about them. I don't want to say I had a drug addiction, but when I got a prescription of hydrocodone after my surgery I took a few of them even though I didn't have pain. :p
Can't remember the last time I had one, though.

They make you feel great, you tap into a side of your mind you can't tap into when you're sober, but if you're not careful you'll end up "chasing the dragon" and wind up dead like all these celebrities. I doubt hydrocodone is the prescription drug they were taking, I'm sure if it was, it had to be a combination of other things, as hydrcodone is considered among the weakest of the prescription drugs. But still, it's easy to get hooked.

Two weeks ago I had to call an ambulance because my aunts caregiver overdosed on oxycodone, despite my firm warnings when she got the prescription. Had 6 or 7 people here between the EMTs and police. I took the pills and told her she can take the pills and get out or get clean and stay.

Did she take the pills and stay? :p

No pills. Still here.

Man, that sucks about Tom Petty. When you have money, doctors will prescribe you anything and everything. We need to take a better look at how doctors prescribe shit. Not saying there should be a witch Hunt, but better education, maybe? Then again, they are educated doctors.

It sucks......Tom Petty is one of my absolute heroes. This could have been avoided. Ugh.

All you have to do is call around and find pain clinics. The medical industry is so corrupt yet no one talks about it. Think for a moment that you can find doctors who will prescribe marijuana to smoke. To smoke...like sucking smoke of any kind into your body is ever a good idea.
