Anyone ever seen a Chevy Chase interview where he talks about his talk show and cries when shown clips of it? A buddy of mine swears this happened and asked me to search around for it, but I can't find anything.

I haven't heard of it, but I so hope it's true! I shall investigate......

I am probably Chevy's biggest fan in the world, but have not seen such clip. Every interview I've seen of Chevy talking about his talk show, he was always passive about it and acknowledged it was a total failure. He has been extremely humble in the most recent years, so I imagine if it happened, it was very recent.

Supposedly it happened in the mid- to late-90's.
